I am subscribed to Duke’s Pathoma deck but when i sync my anki desktop app it does not show up. I’ve tried unsubscribing and then re-subscribing already. Is there a way i can manually import it maybe?

Can you confirm you have done the following?
- You have downloaded the ankihub addon and signed in
- You have subscribed to the deck you want

- You have clicked sync in Anki and clicked install

- You clicked upload to ankiweb if prompted in Anki
Can you go to Browse in Anki → tags on the left hand side → check if you see any Duke pathoma tags? It could be ‘hiding’ in another one of your decks
Also, you can go to the AnkiHub add-on → deck management → you can check to see what decks have been downloaded / you are subscribed to that way
yes I’ve done all of the following, also searched in tags and could not find it.
When i hit deck management, the deck name shows up but that’s the only place i can see it.

Just so I have an idea of what we’re looking at:
Can you show me what your main screen looks like, as well as what your tags look like?
And just to make sure:
From your main screen when you click on Ankihub - Deck Management, does the Duke deck show up there?
Also try this
In your Anki → to go to browse → on the left hand side open note types → try to find the Duke note type → click on it → this will tell you where the cards are
If you haven’t already, you might try resetting local changes to that deck: Resetting Local Changes

just checked, and it does not appear at all whereas the other decks do
That might’ve fixed it! Here are screenshots. The deck name shows up as “Default”, so not sure if that means Dukes Pathoma or not. It looks like it due to the system subtopics.
