Yep, as noted it likely indicates that he obtained the media in some other way. Ankihub has never provided that media, as we cannot do so owing to copyright:

This will ensure a check of your local copy against the server copy, and will resolve any discrepancies. However, it will not provide FA media for the reasons listed above.
