I noticed that I was getting a lot of repeating cards on the Anking MCAT deck when I was doing my cards ( I just started a few days ago). I went to the browse tab to check, and sure enough, there were many cards repeated. On the Ankihub website, it states that the Anking MCAT deck has "3,644 notes."I check the Anking Deck on my Anki app and it says it has 3,634 notes. However, when I click on the “notes” and it changes to “cards”, it says there are 6254 cards. What is the difference between the “notes” and “cards”? and what do I need to do to stop having repeated cards?

What cards are repeated? Can you take screenshots of them?
The difference between notes and cards is that one note can have (for example) 5 cards
So a card that says
I {{c1::love}} {{c2::AnkiHub}}
That is 1 note which has 2 cards. The 2 cards being love and ankihub. I hope that explains it!
I also noticed that the repeated cards would say “cloze 1” and the other repeated would say “cloze 2” as you can see on the screenshots here.
These are not repeated. Basically, Cloze 1 and Cloze 2 are two “separate” cards because you can choose to not do close 1 but do close 2, and vice versa.
If you click on the notes button at the top, this will show you the true “notes” without the clozes. Its hard to explain but click on the button and you will see that there will be no “duplicate” cards.
Note that when you switch to “note” mode, it will not show you what cards are unsuspended/suspended

When I started reviewing, I unsuspended all the cards under “Behavioral deck” instead of using the tags. Maybe this was the issue? I then suspended everything under behavioral and unsuspended using the tags. Thank you for your support!
No that would not be the issue. This is normal, the cards are not duplicated. Here is an explanation to why they appear 3 times
