I just wanted to make sure that I have the most updated version of the deck. Are all of the contributing decks (such as Pankow P/S) already integrated into the Milesdown deck? In this case, would the Pankow P/S be in the Milesdown Behavioral section or is that a separate tag that I am not aware of?

If you have the Ankihub version of the MCAT deck then you have the most updated version of the deck. 
All of the decks are folded into the AnKing deck, correct (including Coffin, Miledown, Pankow, and others).
Just for clarity: there isn’t a ‘Miledown Behavioral Section’ per se; the deck does have subdecks though they’re so extensively modified that I wouldn’t refer to them as being inherently Miledown anymore. That being said, the original tag structures from the contributing decks have been largely preserved if you’d like to use them (though, for similar reasons, they’re now outdated enough that I wouldn’t recommend it and would instead recommend using the current updated tagging).
The deck has subdecks, though the primary organizational structure is via tags, which can be seen below:

Oh - just wanted to confirm that the cards from let’s say the Pankow deck would just be naturally found in the Milesdown - Behavioral of the #Kaplan deck?
There isn’t really a proper Miledown section of the deck anymore (though the deck was based originally, in part, on Miledown it has long since been heavily updated)
If you’re using the Miledown tags most likely no, as those tags would have been made long before the Pankow incorporation.
Example:
This will not bring up the Pankow cards, because this is a much older tagging heirarchy that was made well before Pankow was folded in (the original Miledown tags are there mostly for posterity, though basically no one uses them anymore and I would not recommend paying attention to them in any way).
If you’re going strictly by the updated tags (example below), either of the Behavioral options will bring up all of the cards related to the Behavioral section (which does include the Pankow cards):
