Thank you for reaching out! Our moderators have been notified and will assist you shortly. In the meantime, you can get an instant response from me simply by @ mentioning my username`. Alternatively, start a private conversation with me (see screenshot below). If you ask me a question, I will do my best to respond using only verified information found in the official AnkiHub docs and the Anki manual.
You can also find answers to common questions in our FAQ and Docs.
You’re currently just seeing the template text for the Support category, not an actual answer to your situation.
To help you get a refund for an accidental purchase / wrong card, the AnkiHub team will need specific billing info, and that’s usually handled via our official support channels rather than only on a public post.
Please do the following:
Open an official support ticket
Go to: Docs → look for a link like “Contact Support”, “Billing support”, or “Submit a request”.
If you don’t see it there, check the main AnkiHub website’s help/support page.
Include these details in your ticket:
The email associated with your AnkiHub account
Date and approximate time of the purchase
What you bought (e.g. “AnkiHub subscription”, “AnKing Overhaul deck access”, etc.)
That it was paid with the wrong card and you are requesting a refund
Any receipt/confirmation email or transaction ID (screenshot or copy-paste)
Security note
Do not post full card numbers, full bank statements, or other sensitive info on this public forum. Only share payment details through the official support form.
If you’d like, you can reply here with:
What exactly you purchased on AnkiHub (subscription vs specific product), and
Whether you paid via Stripe/credit card or PayPal
and I can point you more precisely to the right support link/wording for your ticket.
