In your message, include:
The email on your AnkiHub account
The date/time of the purchase
That you intended to buy the monthly plan but accidentally purchased the yearly plan, noticed it immediately, and have not meaningfully used the service yet
That youāre a medical student with limited finances and this creates hardship
Mention that you also posted on the community forum so they can link the two if needed.
Do not make further changes to your subscription
Avoid switching plans, canceling and repurchasing, etc., until support has replied; itās usually easier for them to process a refund when the original purchase is unchanged.
