I canāt find anything about thatā¦ On mac it just opens the IO interface only letting me add the card (not suggest it). Any help would be greatly appreciated!
You should see a āsuggest new cardā option here. Note you must use a note type compatible with AnkiHub, one with for example (Medicine Deck/ Paul.ritzert)

Thanks for your quick response. I use a note type compatible with AnkiHub as you can see in the picture:
However, if I want to create an IO card I can only do so in the āImage occlusion enhanced - Add modeā - window that pops up. (see below) And there is only an option for adding a card directly to Anki. The add window with āSuggest a noteā doesnāt do anything for creating an IO card.
Or can I add a card and then suggest it in bulk?
Yes, you can add the card first, then suggest it after adding it to the deck. You cannot suggest a card through the image occlusion window
