How to adjust table sizing in Extra section

Is there a better way to auto-fit the tables in the extra section so that the column widths and row heights are autofitted to the text they contain? For example, this was how a table without any modification appeared on a card (AnkiHub ID 391a658a-a5c3-4762-9ca1-0552f9be8707) appeared. With some manual tweaking in the table editor, I got it to look like this, which is pretty ideal… but it took me like 20 tries of manually typing in different % widths for each of the cells. Is there a way to autofit this instead? Or maybe some sort of add-on where, like with image resizing (where you can click the image and drag the image corners to desired size), you could drag the borders of the table in the edit note screen to desired dimensions?

Also is there a way to get the example table preview on the right side of the table editing window to appear like how the table will actually appear on the review card screen? You can see that the editor preview table image in the screenshot looks nothing like how the table actually showed up in the review screen.
