How to increase subdeck new cards limit?

Hi I’m trying to finish all of my anking cards. However I have different subdecks that I want to finish first. For example, I want to finish all of pulmonology before moving to Immunology. However I noticed the total new cards limit per day applies to the entire deck and it’s divided evenly amongst the subdecks, which means I can’t study all of the new cards in my subdeck because i’ve reached its daily quota. How do I work around this problem?

The simplest solution is to click directly on the subdeck you want to focus on (e.g., Pulmonology) instead of the parent deck. This way, only that subdeck’s cards will be shown, and you can use its full new card limit without sharing with other subdecks.

Option 2: Adjust your deck options

  1. Click on the gear icon next to your subdeck
  2. Select “Options”
  3. In the “Daily Limits” section, increase the “New cards/day” limit for that specific subdeck
