Hello,
To get your media back, make sure you are still subscribed to the deck and then follow this tutorial to reset local changes: How to Reset Local Changes. All media will be redownloaded.
Since there are a lot of media files, it can take a while for everything to sync, so just leave Anki open.
If it asks you to download from or upload to AnkiWeb, click upload.
