Anking missing 20000 media files

I just formatted my computer and had to re-sync all the subscribed decks. I was missing 20000 media files, primarily on anking. Before I formatted my computer, about 100-200 media files were missing somehow. I unprotected everything and synced, and it is still missing that much. Is that normal? I tried to find solution to this issues and I was told that I need to download media pack separately, but I cannot find any links to that. It is disappointing since I bought the lifetime plan thinking it will save me, but I don’t have access to full deck…
