Ankihub not syncing media

when i browse the media on the ankihub website it’s there but for some reason it’s not syncing on the app it stays on idle

i did check for the protected fields there isn’t any and did reset the local changes
did sync with ankihub
it’s not a specific field that’s missing no it’s like same notetype same field but present on some notes absent on other ones despite being all on the website
most of it are not even images it’s the question masks for the IO notetype
there’s this one the image is missing while being completely normal on the website

This is a known bug with AnkiHub, and our developers are currently working on a fix.

Since this is not an official AnKing deck, you could try contacting its owner to request the media file so you can download and install it locally for now.

To help us investigate this further, could you please upload your logs? Here’s how:

  1. In the Anki app, navigate to the menu: AnkiHub > Help > Upload Logs.
  2. A filename will be shown in a confirmation pop-up. Please copy and paste that filename here for us.

i tried contacting the deck owner but couldn’t reach them

i just tried it out
nothing changed
same problem
after every sync it just stays for a bit long on “downloading” but after it finishes the missing media is still missing doesn’t change

Can you try syncing again now? I fixed an issue in the deck.
