You’re in the right place for support, but that text you posted is actually the category description, not an answer to your question.

To answer what you were trying to ask (getting AnKing V12 on Android without a PC):

  1. There is no public “raw .apkg” download link for AnKing V12
AnKing V12 is distributed and maintained primarily via AnkiHub, not as a freely shared .apkg file. The official docs and wiki push users toward getting V12 through AnkiHub so you can receive continuous updates and bug fixes.

  2. Recommended way on Android (no PC): use AnkiHub sync + AnkiWeb
    The standard workflow is:

    • On some device with a full Anki + AnkiHub setup (usually a computer), you:
      • Install Anki + AnkiHub add-on
      • Subscribe to the AnKing Step Deck (V12) on AnkiHub
      • Sync to AnkiWeb
    • Then on AnkiDroid (Android):
      • Log into the same AnkiWeb account in AnkiDroid and sync; the deck appears there.

Without access to a desktop/laptop, this is the main limitation: you still need one device capable of running the AnkiHub add-on to initially pull the deck from AnkiHub.

  3. If you truly have no computer at all
Currently, AnkiHub does not provide a way to:

    • Subscribe and pull the AnKing V12 deck directly into AnkiDroid, or
    • Download an official .apkg and import it straight into Android, entirely bypassing a desktop.

    In practice, your options are:

    • Borrow a friend’s/relative’s laptop briefly to:
      • Install Anki + AnkiHub
      • Subscribe to AnKing V12 and sync to AnkiWeb
      • Then use AnkiDroid as normal going forward.
    • Or use a cloud/remote desktop service that allows you to run desktop Anki with the AnkiHub add-on, then sync to AnkiWeb.
  4. Where to read the official info
The best official resources (all focused on V12 via AnkiHub) are:

If you can clarify whether you have any temporary access to a computer (even for 15–20 minutes), I can outline exact step‑by‑step instructions for that setup so you only need to use it once.

Hello,

I would be happy to help.

There isn’t a raw .apkg link for AnKing v12, I’m sorry to say. Everything syncs via the AnkiHub add-on

Unfortunately, because of the way that the Anki software is written, it’s not possible to run add-ons on mobile devices. Thus, in order to fully set up and sync AnkiHub, you’ll want to have access to a desktop computer at least for the initial sync.

Once you’ve done that first sync on a desktop, though, you can then cross-sync to mobile devices without a hitch. Personally, I review Anki cards on iPhone and iPad daily, so it’s definitely possible. You’ll just want to have access to a desktop for at least that very first portion.

Please let me know if that answers your question, and if there’s anything else I can help with.
