Getting Started
Hi Amal! Welcome to the AnkiHub community! I see you’re new and have just purchased an Anki deck, but you’re having trouble with syncing based on your screenshot.
Since you’ve purchased a deck through AnkiHub, you’ll need to follow a few steps to properly set up and sync your deck. Here’s what you need to do:
Setup Steps for AnkiHub:
-
Create an AnkiHub Account (if you haven’t already)
- Go to the sign-up page
-
Install the AnkiHub Add-on
- Download and install the AnkiHub add-on in Anki
-
Log into AnkiHub from the Add-on
- Open Anki
- Go to the AnkiHub add-on
- Sign in with your AnkiHub credentials (not your AnkiWeb account)
-
Subscribe to Your Purchased Deck
- Go to the AnkiHub website
- Find the deck you purchased
- Click “Subscribe”
- Return to Anki and sync (click the sync button in the top-right)
Your screenshot shows the AnkiWeb sync screen, but note that AnkiHub and AnkiWeb are separate systems. You need to be logged into both - AnkiWeb for general Anki syncing across devices, and AnkiHub for accessing your purchased decks.
For a visual guide on setting this up, check out this getting started guide.
If you’re still having trouble after following these steps, please provide more details about where exactly you’re stuck in the process.
