Please try changing the deck settings and unsuspending the cards. Here is a tutorial: How to Get Started Studying

If that doesn’t resolve the issue, please

1. reset local changes: How to Reset Local Changes
2. go to the Browser and click on the #AK_Step1_v12 tag. How many cards does it show?
