Hi I’ve just downloaded anking deck for step 1 and the images aren’t showing up (see screenshot). Please could you let me know how to fix, thank you

I would be happy to help. 
A couple of things: Since it sounds like you’ve recently installed the deck I will share that, given the size of the deck and the amount of the media to be transferred, it can take a while for all of the media to fully sync. Thus, it’s normal for the media to not yet have fully downloaded.
Exactly how long it takes depends on a few factors, but it can be anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of hours, depending on your local circumstances. Thus, it’s very possible, even likely, that the media has not yet fully completed its sync. Until that process is complete, the media that has yet to be funneled over will not be able to appropriately display in the cards as you review them.
In a pinch, though, you can force a corroboration check of your local collection against the server copy by following this tutorial: Resetting Local Changes
This won’t do anything that wouldn’t happen otherwise, but you can ‘push’ initiate the process, so to speak.
Give that a shot, let me know how you fare, and we’ll go from there and hopefully we can get you squared away.
