IO cards/algorithm cards

In the Anking deck, the IO cards seem to have an issue. Like the occluded part gets shifted towards the left. Can someone please provide some guidance on how to fix this.

I notice you’re having an issue with Image Occlusion (IO) cards in the AnKing deck, where the occluded parts appear to be shifted to the left. This misalignment can be frustrating when studying.

Based on what I can see in your screenshot, it looks like there’s a display issue with the IO cards. Here are some suggestions to help fix this:

Troubleshooting steps:

  1. Update your AnkiHub add-on:
Make sure you’re using the latest version of the AnkiHub add-on, as issues like this are often fixed in updates.

  2. Check your Anki version:
Anki 23.10+ has native Image Occlusion support. If you’re using an older version, consider upgrading to the latest version of Anki (currently recommended is 24.06.1 Qt6 for the AnKing deck).

  3. Sync your collection:
Sometimes a full sync can resolve display issues with cards.

  4. Check your display settings:
Some display issues can be related to screen resolution or zoom settings in Anki.

  5. Reinstall the deck:
If the issue persists, you might need to reinstall the AnKing deck through AnkiHub.

If these steps don’t resolve your issue, I’d recommend posting in the AnKing Discord where the deck creators may be able to provide more specific guidance for this particular deck issue.

Would you be able to provide more information about your Anki version and which specific deck you’re using from the AnKing collection? This would help in troubleshooting the issue more effectively.

@abdo.nh user tried resetting changes to the note type in the Anking note types addon and still didn’t work. They’re on Anki version 25.02.5

@vashishtrajmohan8 Do you have the Bionic Reading add-on installed? If so, please check for an add-on update from Tools > Add-ons > Check for Updates.
