i have downloaded the anking deck and i found that only instructions flashcards are avaikable where arebthe flashcards that are related to usmle content ? my ankihub addon is working properly and i am already subscribed to the anking deck

The deck is there and the cards are likely there.

are they suspended or what !
Yep, the yellow color just means that they are suspended (large decks typically start this way, so that you can select what you want to study rather than having all 31k+ cards ready at once).
You can unsuspend by selecting the cards you want, right-clicking, and selecting ‘toggle suspend.’ Let me know if you have any other questions or if there is anything else I can help with.

why do photos in text field for example are not shown for me when i put them in a perview mode ?
If you recently downloaded the deck it could be that all of the media hasn’t fully downloaded.
If it’s been a while and the media still isn’t there you can try resetting local changes which will push the media to resynchronize so that it agrees: Resetting Local Changes
Let me know if that does the trick for you.
i have just download the deck 3 or 4 h before should i leave it or i should do something else
I would reset local changes and see what’s what; it can’t hurt anything

Depends on a lot of factors; your machine, local internet connection, amount of media to sync.
I’ve seen it take anywhere from 10 minutes to 3+ hours
i have followed the rules to how can i update my ankihub add on and i am waiting to what will happened i am just facing the photos problem now
Yep, it may take a while for the media to sync. Once you reset local changes (from the link above) it should begin. It could take a few minutes or more than an hour, just depends on a handful of factors
