I am writing this to seek help with our Ankihub shared deck not crossing over to my subscribers.
Background: we are in school and we started making a shared Anki deck so we can all collaborate and pitch in.
We are all paid subscribers and the first few days proceeded without hitches.
Recently, my classmates are having issues with staying updated with new content. Despite being subscribed to the shared deck and syncing with Ankihub, the number of cards and subdecks still remain the same.
it is incredibly frustrating, we hope for a smooth experience.
Yes and our shared deck contains 761 cards which I organized into 4 subdecks.
When my classmates sync to Ankihub, no updates happen.
I witnessed it firsthand from video calls wherein it seemed like they did it right. We even tried deleting the old deckβ>resubscribing in Ankihubβ>confirm that the subscribed deck shows up on deck managementβ>sync with Ankihub and it only shows 2 out of the 4 subdecks.
I read somewhere that it could possibly be an issue with MacOS qt6?
Majority of my classmates are on MacOS and they are having the syncing issue
