If you add a deck using the ankihub add on, and install the deck using “reccomended settings” (a tick box that pops up). A very strange issue occurs.
When you study your cards and get one wrong. Instead of going to the learn pile (orange) the card disappears until its due date, and then will reappear in your column.
I have tested extensively and can confirm this is the issue it causes
