I recently upgraded from anking v11 (after using it for about a year and a half) to the AnkiHub v12. I paid for the membership and downloaded the deck and it seemed to go alright. However, now when I am doing my reviews, if I come across a card and click “again,” then the card disappears. Normally, before I upgraded, when a review card came up and I pressed “again,” the card would then immediately relocate to the learning deck (the red number at the bottom). However, after the update, when I click “again,” the card leaves the review deck (the green number at the bottom goes down 1), but the red number stays at 0. When I look at the cards under the browse tab, it says that the card is due today still, and recorded that I clicked “again” but it is nowhere to be found on the deck overview page. When I close anki for about 20 minutes and open it back up, the cards then appear in the learning deck (the red numbers). Anyone know how to fix this?

Hello,
From the sound of it the cards are reappearing based on the interval associated with the button you pressed. So, for example, if you press ‘good’ and the interval is 1 hour (as a random example) the card/s will reappear again in 1 hour. This is expected behavior, and normal.
What sounds like may be the case, however, is that upon upgrading you selected to import recommended settings which adjusts the Learn Ahead Limit and have affect these intervals to some degree. If you’d like to adjust that, this tutorial can walk you through how to go about it: Adjusting the Learn Ahead Limit
Please let me know if that answers your question, and if there’s anything else I can help with.
That worked, thanks!
