To get this fixed as quickly as possible, I recommend contacting the AnkiHub customer support team directly. They can verify your purchase and restore your lifetime access. You can reach them through either of these methods:
Email the support team at support@ankihub.net with your receipt number (Receipt #1094-5255) and the details of your purchase from May 7, 2022.
Contact customer support directly through the forum by clicking here to message Customer Success. Make sure to include your receipt number and purchase date in your message.
The support team should respond within 1-2 business days and help restore your lifetime access.
