Hello, I have tried all of the recommended troubleshoots (Browse → AnkiHub–> Reset All Local Changes to Deck) and my Media Sync is listed as Idle. Even so, none of the media within the notecards show up, neither on desktop nor phone. Please help, thank you!
Yep, it appears to be an issue with the deck itself (upon installing the deck I see the same thing).
Unfortunately, since it’s a deck that was uploaded by a private individual, rather than being maintained by the AnkiHub team, there isn’t a ton I can do I’m sorry to say.
In all likelihood, you’ll want/need to reach out to the deck owner. It could be that they’ve included the media as a separate folder, or something, though I’m not sure.
