After syncing ankihub with Neuranki deck on my mac, some pictures were not synced and are absent. I’ve tried deleting the entire deck, unsubscribing and redoing it all again. It did not fix the problem. Help!

Are all the media missing or only some are missing?
Try this:
Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:
Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on the ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes
This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields
If some are not appearing, these may require a media folder from the author or the media themselves are corrupted by the initial upload. Please contact the deck owner for further information on this
