Media not syncing fully on with new deck

Since this is not an official AnKing Step Deck, my ability to assist is somewhat limited, but please try the following steps:

  1. Make sure you don’t have any fields that contain images protected.

  2. Reset local changes for the deck.

This will ensure your local Anki cards for this deck match the cloud version on AnkiHub.

If you are still experiencing issues after resetting local changes and waiting for the media sync to complete, please refer to the deck page on AnkiHub. If the cards on the AnkiHub website also show missing images, you will need to contact the deck author directly to resolve the issue.
