My name is Javier. I have a problem with Anking Step 1 and 2 deck. Media sync stop everytime I tried to resync it. It was slow at the beginning but now is just in 18730 missing files without any change.
Can you go to AnkiHub > Help > Upload logs and post the filename shown?
