Y’all I would love some help. All other ankihub decks work but I can’t sync when subscribed to anking step deck. It’s getting really frustrating. It’ll say that I have a deck to install, but then it will have an error. Again, ONLY this deck is the problem.
So how do I install media files? Where do I get them?

They should install automatically with the deck as long as you’re not protecting the fields. Make sure you aren’t. It might be worth unsubscribing to the deck and then resubscribing.
In the AnkiHub menu, it will have an area that says it’s downloading the media or medial download complete. After resubscribing, what does yours say?
sorry I had a syncing issue I deleted and started from the beginning and it worked

Hello, I’m sorry if it is wrong topic. But what is the right setting to display cards in order htey were created? For example, I study Bootcamp tag and cards about Alfa1,2,3 receptors are gathered randomly - starting drom Alfa 3 –>1 –> 2 receptor. I want them to be Alfa 1 -2 -3. Sorry, if my ex. is bad, hope you understood what i mean. Ty
i’m struggeling to find a good solution for the following issue:
AnKing is a huge deck. Each day I want add one deck to my routine, but want to around 30 random new cards from that topic, whereas each deck is approx. 200. and those 30 cards should stay with me afterwards to the whole studing period (i.e., enter the normal spaced-repetition cycle), and the rest of the topic’s cards (the other ~170) should not show up later—no spillover
I don’t want to rely on tags or re-typing deck names daily. I want a repeatable workflow.

Hello,I’ve been using the Step Deck V11 and today I purchased and updated to V12.
I came across an issue while studying First Aid → Biochemistry → Metabolism → 01_Enzyme_Terminology.
In V11, this section contains 7 cards, but in V12, I see only 1 card. I’m worried that some content may have disappeared or that something went wrong during the V11 → V12 merge (for my future studies as well).

Hello guys, can anyone please help me, I did everything according to the instructions, paid the premium for the month, but the deck does not work. And I can’t understand where I could have made a mistake, I checked the instructions several times.
The cards are suspended by default, you will have to unsuspend them to get going; Please go through this and let me know if it solved your issue:
