Hi there! Looking at your screenshots, I can see you’ve successfully subscribed to the AnKing deck through AnkiHub, but you’re having trouble seeing the deck in Anki. Let me help you get this resolved.
Here’s what you need to do:
-
Make sure you’ve synced in Anki
After subscribing on the AnkiHub website, you need to click the sync button in Anki to download the deck. -
Check if the deck is installed but shows 0 cards
This is completely normal! The AnKing deck is installed with all cards suspended by default. The “0” you see just means there are no unsuspended cards yet. -
Unsuspend cards to start studying:
- Go to Browse
- On the left side, go to Tags
- Find the tag you want (for example, #AK_Step1_V12)
- Select the cards you want to study
- Right-click → Toggle Suspend
If you still don’t see the deck at all:
-
Verify your AnkiHub add-on installation:
- Go to Tools → Add-ons → Check if AnkiHub is installed
- If not, install it with code: 1322529746
-
Make sure you’re logged in to AnkiHub in Anki:
- Click on “AnkiHub” in the top menu
- Log in with the same credentials you used on the website
-
Try syncing again after confirming you’re logged in
If you’ve followed these steps and still have issues, please provide additional screenshots showing:
- Your AnkiHub add-on screen
- The result when you click “sync” in Anki
Let me know if this helps!
