No cards in USMLE Lab Values deck

I have subscribed to USMLE Lab Values deck, synced, and restarted my Anki app. When I go to Browse, no cards are shown in the deck (screenshot below). Please help, thanks so much!

This is a common issue with AnkiHub decks, including the USMLE Lab Values deck. What you’re seeing is actually normal - the cards are there but they’re suspended by default. Here’s how to access them:

  1. Go to the Browse view (as you’ve already done)
  2. Make sure you’re in “Cards” view (not “Notes” view) at the top of the browser
  3. On the left-hand side, look for the tags associated with the USMLE Lab Values deck
  4. Select the cards you want to study
  5. Right-click and choose “Toggle Suspend” to unsuspend them

The cards appear as “0” because they’re all in a suspended state when first installed. This is a common practice with many AnkiHub decks to allow users to selectively choose which cards they want to study rather than having all cards active at once.

Please try resetting your local changes. Here’s a tutorial on how to do that: How to Reset Local Changes

If that doesn’t resolve the issue, please go to your Browse screen to see if the deck’s tags are present. You should also check if the cards have been moved to a different deck.

First, it looks like you have quite a few decks so you might check the tag for that deck and see if cards are listed as being present:

From there, if it still display as empty you can always push a corroboration check of your local collection against the server copy, as so: Resetting Local Changes
