This is a common issue with AnkiHub decks, including the USMLE Lab Values deck. What you’re seeing is actually normal - the cards are there but they’re suspended by default. Here’s how to access them:
- Go to the Browse view (as you’ve already done)
- Make sure you’re in “Cards” view (not “Notes” view) at the top of the browser
- On the left-hand side, look for the tags associated with the USMLE Lab Values deck
- Select the cards you want to study
- Right-click and choose “Toggle Suspend” to unsuspend them
The cards appear as “0” because they’re all in a suspended state when first installed. This is a common practice with many AnkiHub decks to allow users to selectively choose which cards they want to study rather than having all cards active at once.
