Hello,

I would be happy to help.

Can you help me understand what the issue is that you’re experiencing? Your message states that no flashcards are showing up though I see quite a few from the image you shared:

Happy to help however I can.

hi brian those are from a different deck i downloaded
like under the Anking MCAT no cards are showing up.

Can you show me what your tags look like, from the Browse screen in Anki?

Can you click on this tag and tell me how many cards it lists as being present?

You may have to pull out of full-screen mode if you’re in it; the card counter should be at the top of the screen.

there is a lot of flashcards none of them show up in my deck though

Yep, just wanted to make sure that they’re present.

I think I see the issue now:

You had/have an older MCAT deck in your collection (Miledown).

Because you had this deck, which the Anking deck is based off of in part, the cards inserted themselves into that deck, which is pretty normal.

This can be seen from your browse screen, by looking at the ‘Deck’ column:

Thus, your cards are appearing, they’re just appearing in your older deck:

Having both Miledown and the Anking deck is likely to cause some issues. It’s not generally recommended to have both, precisely for this and related reasons.

If you let me know what your goals are, I can help you get set up so that you’re good to go.
