Hi there! Looking at your screenshot, I can see that you have AnKing cards showing in your browser but they’re not appearing in your deck list. This is a common issue, especially for new Anki users. Let me help you solve this.
Why This Happens
When you install the AnKing deck through AnkiHub, the cards are added to your collection but they might not automatically appear in a new deck if:
You’re upgrading from a previous version (like V11 to V12)
There was an issue during the deck installation process
How to Fix This
Since the cards are already in your browser, you need to move them to a proper deck:
Create a new deck first (click “Create Deck” at the bottom of your deck list)
Name it something like “AnKing” or “AnKing Overhaul”
Go to the browser (as you’ve already done)
Make sure you’re viewing cards not notes (check the dropdown in the top left of the browser)
Select all the AnKing cards (use Ctrl+A or Cmd+A on Mac)
Right-click on the selected cards and choose “Change Deck…”
Move them to the new deck you created
Additional Tips
If you’re still having issues after trying the above steps:
Make sure you’ve subscribed to the deck on AnkiHub
Confirm you’re logged into the AnkiHub add-on and have clicked sync
Try resetting local changes through the AnkiHub add-on:
Go to Browse → AnkiHub add-on tab → Reset all local changes
Your cards are likely in another deck. Please go to AnkiHub > Deck Management and choose the deck you want to be the destination for your cards: Why do I have two AnKing decks?
I tried that i did exactly as tutorial and it even said the cards are moves to new deck but it still just showing the instruction sub deck nothing else .
Thank U so much, that was helpful. Can you please clarify to me whether I need to do that every single time for different topics, or is there any other way, like something more organized, like a subdeck, from where I can do it directly? And one more thing I just went through one of the decks like you said,
and it’s not showing the image from firstaid what might be the reason. im sorry this might sound very noob of me but i m really new to this. appericate your help
The deck is organized by tags, which you can find on the left side of the Browser screen. Just select the tag you want to start studying and unsuspend the cards as shown in the tutorial. The cards will then appear in your deck for review.

Actually, I wanted to use Anki on my iPad, so does that mean I have to come every time to my pc to unsuspend the deck that I want to review?? isnt there any better way to do it ?
Of course. The developers of AnkiMobile have their own user manual, which can be found here: https://docs.ankimobile.net/
That should have instructions for most everything under the Sun that can be done from within the Ankimobile app.
I typically use the desktop version, and don’t often edit settings or cards from the mobile version as it’s a bit less convenient, so I’m not as immediately familiar with the specific workflow though and it may depend on what all you’re hoping to do, though I do know that the functionality exists there
You might take a look through there and see what it details for you and what you can find. If you decide to use the desktop version, though, the instructions above should work well and can walk you through all of the necessary steps.
