So i just purchased core membership and along with it Anking step deck

But after installing it, may be I accidentally delete it from my device
And as u can see in the picture it’s showing no flashcards in my anki. How to retrieve it please help me! I have my exams very close please plz

Hello,

You will need to unsuspend the cards first, then you’ll be able to see them

It would be ideal if you do this on a PC/Laptop if you have access to one, then you can sync and it will appear on your device

Regarding the images, on first download, it can take a few hours for all the images to download, you will need to wait until the media sync is complete for AnkiHub, then sync with Ankiweb.

You can check the media sync status by going to the AnkiHub addon → media sync (check if its idle or installing)
