Regarding Sketchy images, it seems you’ve protected those fields. If you protect them, you will not receive any content in those fields

You will want to unprotect Sketchy, Sketchy Extra, and Sketchy 2
After you unprotect it, you will need to reset local changes again (this step is very important otherwise you will not get any images). Tutorial: Resetting Local Changes
Regarding First AId, we do not sync the FA field so if you unprotect it, you will get missing images. You read more about this here: Why don't I have all the media in the AnKing Step Deck?
Regarding Pathoma, there is no content in the Pathoma field. Its for you to add images / notes
