I am newer to anking and have had some issues with the anking step deck v12. With my deck i am unable to see any of the the sketchy, first aid, or pathoma… etc notes. I am using anki 24.11. I have downloaded the anking notes types and clicked the check box to open these notes automatically. Once that did not work I reset them all to tryand troubleshoot with no luck. I have had no luck getting the notes to show, i have reset all local changes to decks as well with no luck. So I am wondering how I can get the notes to show up. I have had this problem since i originally upgraded from the free V11 to V12, i have never had the notes show up. Does anyone know any other trouble shooting to try and get the notes to appear. The icons in the first picture are also greyed out so i don’t know if that is the problem? I forgot to mention that when i open the card on ankihub I am able to see the corresponding sketchy images. The second images just shows there are no notes to click on my anking cards on my computer.

You will want to unprotect Sketchy, Sketchy Extra, and Sketchy 2
After you unprotect it, you will need to reset local changes again (this step is very important otherwise you will not get any images). Tutorial: Resetting Local Changes
