I keep getting the anking sync pop up and then it says that I cant do it because I have to be a subscriber. I dont know how to go about this and im not sure if im even a subscriber.
I’ll help you understand what’s happening with the AnkiHub sync pop-up you’re encountering. Let me search for some relevant information about subscription requirements for AnkiHub decks.

Hello,
I would be happy to help.
If you no longer have an active AnkiHub account it might make sense to disable your AnkiHub add-on, as otherwise the add-on itself is still active.
From within Anki, on your top menu bar: Tools - Add-ons - select the AnkiHub add-on, Toggle Enabled:
From there, restart Anki and you should be good to go.
Please let me know if that answers your question, and if there’s anything else I can help with.
I use the anking deck still though however I have the free subscription to the deck, do I still disable the pop up? Im just worried my deck wont be updated any further with the changes you guys make if I do. Unless people who have free subscription dont recieve access to the deck updates, then I will disable it.
The free subscription doesn’t actually sync the MCAT deck, so it’s not doing much other than giving you a pop-up message.
If you’re on the free plan, you aren’t receiving the updates anyway (which is part of why the add-on thinks you need to install the deck). Given that, you can safely disable the add-on and it should resolve the issue for you.
Please let me know if that answers your question, and if there’s anything else I can help with.
