Problem getting synced when initially installing

I just purchased Ankihub. It synced and I logged in through my Anki app but it did not add the V12 tags or any new cards.

Did you click upload to ankiweb when prompted?

Can you take a picture of what your Anki looks like?

Hi yes I put a picture in. I clicked upload and it added the step 1 V12 tag but nothing else

Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:

Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes

This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields
