I have followed the tutorial to utilize the smart search feature, then select unsuspend cards & close. After doing this & syncing selected cards found in this feature, they still do not sync to my Anking account.

I am using the anking step deck (ankihub version). I am running version ⁨25.02.5 anki & am not receiving any error messages. it says cards successfully unsuspecnded, but when i try to sync them it allows the sync, but no cards show up

I also attempted to use that tutorial & followed step by step with it on my anki account. It still will not sync the 66 cards (or any due cards) that are associated w/ the psychiatric Sketchy info that pulls up with ankihub

If you haven’t already, you might check that your deck settings are such that you are enabled to see new cards to pop up. That’s just a hunch, though

From there: can you share a bit more detail about the specific difficulties you’re running into?

Hi Brian! THank you so much for your assistance! I have new cards at 9999 a day so not sure if that is what you meant, but doesn’t seem to be a problem.

I’ll admit that I am an infrequent anki user but used it for several months during COMLEX 1 dedicated & was able to navigate it fairly well with the downloadable pepper decks I studied. I am new to anking/anking hub. thanks so much for your help, i really appreciate it!

Can you show me what you see? Are the cards suspended, or unsuspended? Which deck are they located in? Screenshots are ideal here, as well, if you can

It only comes up with two cards & they are suspended. After unsuspending them, they move into my anking step deck (w/out the ankihub in parenthesis), but I am unable to see the other cards

Let me double-check on my end and see what I see. Can you type out, or otherwise share, the full tag that you’re looking at?

I see that it’s SketchyPsych and Mood Disorders, I think?

Scratch that, I see it in one of the images you shared.

Give this a shot: Resetting Local Changes

Once that’s done, then go back to the same tag and let me know how many cards you see:
