AnKing VIP is a separate service, and as you can see in the screenshot, it has nothing to do with AnkiHub or the AnKing Step Deck.
To access pre-made AnKing decks in Anki through the AnkiHub add-on, you need an AnkiHub subscription: https://www.ankihub.net/.
