Hello, I’m brazilian and I have subscription but the add-on does not recognize my subscription (i try to update today). I miss all the images :frowning: I need help. Thank you

Subscription Issues with AnkiHub Add-on

Hello! I understand you’re having trouble with your AnkiHub subscription not being recognized by the add-on, and you’re missing images as a result. This is a common issue that can be resolved with a few troubleshooting steps.

1. Check your media sync status

  • Open Anki and go to the AnkiHub add-on

    • If it says “Downloading” - Your media hasn’t finished downloading yet. Please wait until it says “Idle”

Note: Media syncing can take up to 60 minutes depending on your internet connection.

  • Check if AnkiHub provides images for the fields where your images are missing

4. Try resetting local changes

  1. Go to Browse in Anki
  2. Click on the AnkiHub add-on at the top
  3. Select “Reset local changes”
  4. Choose your deck
