A user of my deck (Blue Ophthalmology) is attempting to make bulk suggestions to add a new tag/tag with subtags. He is getting an error when attempting to do this, and none of the proposed suggestions are being transmitted. What can we do to rectify this? I have attempted to add maintainer status to him to see if that would fix it and it did not.

What is the tag being added? If it’s suggested one at a time, does that work, or is it only with bulk suggestions?

Thank you for your response, I am the individual having the issue. I tried your one-at-a-time suggestion and it says that “No field or tag changes were detected”. The tag I’m attempting to are #Blue::#Resources::Eyes_For_Ears , which currently don’t exist in the source deck and only my personal version.

Did you protected this personal tag at the AnkiHub website? If it’s protect, no changes will be detected when trying to submit it.
