Good morning
Ahmed, thank you for your response and trying to help me.
I did follow step
By step
The video however still doesn’t merge or sync to my Anki web.
Please advise what u should do or if I can call your support team to help me.
Please provide a number for me to call or I can provide my phone number.
I can attach pictures of it looks I only need a few decks I feel the ankihub is not as friendly as Anki.
Thank you for your time,
Lilly
Good morning,
Yes if you can attach a screenshot of what your current Anki screen looks like, that would be helpful.
What decks do you want installed to your Anki? I see that you’re subscribed to a few, but just want to make sure which one specifically is not showing up in Anki.
We don’t have a support number but we do provide tutoring separately through AnKing if that is something you are interested in: https://www.theanking.com/anking-tutoring
Regardless, we’re here to help you through this, once you provide screenshots I can look into what’s happening.
When you downloaded the AnkiHub add-on and signed in and clicked sync, did you get a prompt telling you to click install? What occurred after that?
Hi
Let me send you the pictures
Anki download in MAC only gives me a picture that says applications
Please help me

Hello
The ‘applications’ picture you are seeing is your Applications folder, which is a normal part of Mac computers and is where most of your applications live. You can drag Anki into that folder if you’d like to place it there
Once Anki has been installed, you can double-click on Anki to open and run the application itself.
Unfortunately, I don’t have as much context for the other issues you might have been having but if you can give me a sense of what troubles you’ve run into I would be happy to try to be of help as best I can.
Just for due diligence, in digging a bit deeper it looks like you may not have installed the AnkiHub add-on yet which I suspect is likely to be at least part of the difficulties that you’re experiencing.
With AnkiHub, everything is synced the use of an add-on, which is how all of the decks, and media, are transferred to your computer. Thus, without having it installed there won’t be any way for the AnkiHub decks to get from AnkiHub to your local computer.
If you open up this little button that I’ve highlighted in the image below, there should be instructions and guides for how to go about setting up everything you need to get started with AnkiHub, including a direct link to download and install the AnkiHub add-on
If my hunch is correct, it’s likely only the lack of having installed the add-on that is preventing access to the decks you’ve selected. Resolving that should very likely do the trick for you
Conversely, if it’s easier, these tutorials may also be of use:
- Make sure you have an active membership: Sign In
- Install the Ankihub addon: Install Ankihub Addon (New User)
- Subscribe to and install a deck: Subscribe/Install Step Deck (New User)
- Start using the deck: How to Get Started Studying
(the example used there is the Step Deck, though the same basic process applies for any deck on Ankihub)
At the very least, I would give those things a shot, let me know how you fare, and we can go from there and try to make sure that we get you squared away.
