Hello, I’m getting pretty frustrated. I have repeatedly deleted and redownloaded ankihub and anking deck. I payed for ankihub, downloaded the add - on, and through that tried to download the v12 ovehaul deck. When I do it through the add-on I get one large deck with zero sub-decks. When I try to predownload v11 and then sync it, I can’t see any change. It shouldn’t be this hard to download an anki deck. I couldn’t find any direct link through the websites and see no other way of getting this deck to work. Please help me

There are no subdecks in V12. You can see the rationale for this here: Notion – The all-in-one workspace for your notes, tasks, wikis, and databases.
The one big deck is how it is supposed to be, you can navigate it using tags in the browser menu on Anki
Downloading V11 and then syncing will not work, you must download V12 through AnkiHub by subscribing on the website to the deck, then syncing on Anki (make sure you have installed the ankihub addon and logged in)
