I keep getting this error message when syncing even though my account is up to date.

I got the same message despite my account being up to date also, I am set up for automatic renewal and mine is set to renew on August 2nd.

I’m also having the same issue. I bought the new subscription today with the correct credentials and tried to log in from my desktop and received the same message.
