There is a cloze error after I downloaded my deck? I am unable to see any text or images

Hey. I hope you can help. I have download and subscribed to a deck. Downloaded Ankihub and synced the images. But when I try to study the deck it tells me its not working and asks me to click for more information when I do it tells me there is a close error that I should fix. I have a windows computer. I have unsubscribe and resubscribe like another answer text said to do and it did not work. Your help would be greatly appreciated. :hugs:

Can you try going to tools → empty cards → delete

I tried that and it says zero cards deleted

Thank you I turned off my manage protected data and then it allowed me to delete. Thank you. I hope you have a wonderful night :slight_smile:
