Unable to install AnKing MCAT Deck – "AnkiHub sync cancelled"

Hi,

I’m trying to install the AnKing MCAT Deck, but every time I click “Sync to install” in Deck Management, it immediately displays “AnkiHub sync cancelled.”

Here’s what I’ve already verified:

  • I’m subscribed to the AnKing MCAT Deck.

  • I’m logged into my AnkiHub account.

  • The deck appears under Deck Management with the message “This deck is not installed yet.”

  • I’m using Anki 26.05 on macOS.

  • The AnkiHub add-on is installed and enabled.

  • I tried signing out and back in.

  • I tried downgrading from the beta add-on to the stable version.

  • I restarted Anki multiple times.

  • The issue persists whether I use Sync with AnkiHub or Sync to install.

I was able to successfully upload my logs.

Please try the following steps to resolve this issue:

  1. At the bottom of your Anki main screen, click “Create Deck” and name it anything you’d like.
  2. Inside that new deck, add a card (it can be anything, just type a quick word and save it).
  3. Try syncing again.
