AnKing Step Deck sync cancelled after collection sync completes

Hi,

I’m trying to install the AnKing Step Deck.

What happens:

  • Collection sync completes successfully.
  • AnkiHub sync starts, reaches 100%, then immediately says:
    “AnkiHub sync cancelled.”

The deck still says “This deck is not installed yet.”

I have:

  • Updated the AnkiHub add-on.
  • Logged into AnkiHub.
  • Uploaded the add-on logs.

AnkiHub log filename:
ankihub_addon_logs_zainkhan44_1784830006.log

Can someone help me figure out why the sync is being cancelled?

Hello,

To fix the sync cancellation issue, please try these steps:

  1. At the bottom of your Anki, go to create a deck, create one and name it anything
  2. In that deck, add a card (any card, just write something and add it)
  3. Sync
