Unable to show imported media for anking, media sync is idle

I need help please I’ve spent hours searching and trying to figure this out. I just want first aid to show up.

Go to browser > ankihub addon > reset local changes

Then import via local media file. That should fix your issue

Did you unprotect the first aid field first on AnkiHub?

I’ve never protected anything and don’t think I have anything protected. That’s under special fields right? Thanks

No, its on AnkiHub.

There should be no check mark next to first aid

Okay so I found it and unchecked it, but it’s still not showing up.
