Unable to submit optional tag for a specific card

I am trying to submit this card under the JHUSOM optional tag but it is not working. I am able to successfully submit every other card I have tried, but this particular card is not functional.

To be specific, when I try to submit an optional tag suggestion for this card, it brings up a window “Submitting suggestions…” but never submits the suggestion. When I submit other cards, it will say “Optional tags suggestions submitted.”

This card does not exist for me, it might have been deleted.

Yes this card was deleted. All maintainers were in consensus that this card was not really useful which is why when suggesting the optional tag its not working (since the card no longer exists)
