i have updated my account to premium to get FA shown in the flashcard.but yet it didnt show up

- Update Anki to the latest version from apps.ankiweb.net
- Update your AnkiHub add-on to the latest version
- Check your configuration settings:
- Go to AnkiHub add-on → Config → Sidebar
- Make sure the First Aid Forward tab is checked
- Restart Anki with an active internet connection (if you started Anki offline, the features won’t appear)
- Log in to First Aid Forward using the password option (not Magic Link)

Would you like to downgrade your subscription to core or cancel it altogether?
If you’d like to downgrade to core, please do the following:
- Go to AnkiHub Settings (Sign In)
- Scroll down to “Manage Payment Method”
- Click “Update Subscription”
- Select the “Core” Plan
After that, please let us know once you have done so we can proceed with initiating the refund.
